Prices displayed on our website are current at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Estimated processing and turnaround times shown on our website or in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual completion times may vary based on order volume, product type, and other factors.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Some orders may be arranged for in-person pickup and payment at our discretion.
Because most of our products are produced specifically for you, refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to any images or files you upload for printing, and that printing them does not infringe the rights of any third party. By uploading a file, you grant Zippix a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, store, and print that file solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zippix's liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
