Our storefront does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie set
by our systems is zippix_admin, a session cookie used solely to keep
staff signed in to our internal order-management tool (HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict,
expires after 24 hours). It is never set for customers browsing the storefront.
We retain order records, uploaded print files, and associated customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet our accounting and legal obligations — or until you request deletion as described below.
