Zippix Inc. ("Zippix", "we", "us", or "our") provides professional photo printing services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and place an order, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• The print files you upload (e.g. photos, artwork)
• Order details — product, size, quantity, price, and any notes you add at checkout
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe (see below); we never see or store your full card number

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Produce and fulfill your order
• Send order confirmation, status, and pickup-ready emails
• Respond to support requests sent via our contact form
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our ordering system

Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with the following third parties, solely to operate our business:

• Stripe — processes online card payments. Stripe receives your payment details directly; Zippix never stores them. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Email provider — used to send order confirmation and status update emails to the address you provide.
• ntfy.sh — a push-notification service we use internally to alert our staff of new orders. When you place an order, your name, the number of items, and the order total are sent to ntfy.sh to trigger this alert.

Cookies

Our storefront does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie set by our systems is zippix_admin, a session cookie used solely to keep staff signed in to our internal order-management tool (HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, expires after 24 hours). It is never set for customers browsing the storefront.

Data Retention

We retain order records, uploaded print files, and associated customer information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and meet our accounting and legal obligations — or until you request deletion as described below.

Your Privacy Rights

If you are in the European Union (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion ("erasure") of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and to request its deletion. We do not sell your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@zippix.net with your name and the email address used on your order. We will respond and process verified requests within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
